When will I receive my order?

  • All orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days of the orders being placed unless otherwise indicated. If you live in the Ottawa area & have chosen local delivery, your order will be delivered within 3 business days.

    Shipping for all other cities/destination depends on what shipping you choose at checkout! Please keep in mind that the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has impacted shipping times but rest assured that shipping carriers are working hard to get your products to you!  

    My body butter/body scrub looks melted! What happened?

    • Definitely not ideal but unfortunately, with the warm weather, melting body butters/scrubs are out of our control. We truly do everything we can to ensure that there is limited/no melting however if you do experience this during your orders transit, leave the butter out at room temperature away from windows/ in a cool space and it will harden right back up! They are 100% safe + effective to use even if they slightly melt.

    My shipping cost is looking pretty hefty sis... what's up with that?

    • Canada Post is no joke! 😩  Trust and believe we've tried to get the shipping cost to as low as we possibly can right now but we'll continue looking into ways to see if it can be reduced further in the future.

    Umm... my product is actually damaged. What do I do?

    What if I just want a refund/exchange?

    • As mentioned in our refund/shipping policy, because almost all of our items are made to order - there are #norefunds storewide. If for any reason you have received the wrong product from what you ordered and/or the item is damaged, please be sure to reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your item with some pictures to request an exchange!
