Order Processing Time 

As a small business, we handle all shipping, exchanges, and contact requests personally. With that being said, we try and ship out products as soon as we can and request a 1-5 business day processing window before we ship your products out to you. When shipped, if your order includes tracking, we will provide a tracking number within the original 1-5 business day processing time (at the time the product is shipped essentially). 

Please keep in mind that our delivery times are only estimates and are not guaranteed. We always estimated in business days which essentially means estimates do not include weekends/holidays. Once the packages arrive in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected. 

Neither Seven Nights nor Canada Post are responsible for lost packages if your shipping address is entered incorrectly. 

Furthermore, Seven Nights is not responsible for lost or stolen packages for Untracked packages.

For local delivery orders, we request 2 business days to process your order and have it ready for you!

 

Exchanges & Refunds

Because almost all of our items are also made to order, there are #norefunds storewide. If for any reason you have received the wrong product from what you ordered and/or the item is damaged, please be sure to reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your item to request an exchange!

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package to start the exchange. process. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

#ShitHappens, but we want to make sure we make it right! With that being said, we ask that you please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
