Shipping policy

Processing Time :

As a small business, we handle all shipping, exchanges, and contact requests personally. With that being said, we try and ship out products as soon as we can and request a 1-5 business day processing window before we ship your products out to you. When shipped, we will provide a tracking number within the original 1-5 business day processing time (at the time the product is shipped essentially).

Please keep in mind that our delivery times are only estimates and are not guaranteed. We always estimated in business days which essentially means estimates do not include weekends/holidays. 

Once the packages are dropped off with the shipping carrier though, it's important that we note that arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping carrier selected.

For local delivery orders, we request 2 business days to process your order and have it ready for you!
